Who may submit
A submission may be made only by the principal itself, or by an officer of the principal acting in the principal's name: the governing authority of a nation; a state-owned entity; or a major corporation or other institutional owner of qualifying asset positions, producers, refiners, miners and merchants among them. A representative, an intermediary, a finder, a broker or a custodian may not submit, and a submission made by one is closed. A bank or financial institution engages the ecosystem through the licensing route at Pegisai Global Holdings, Inc., by writing to inquiry@pegisai.global, and not through this page.
What is asked
Public facts only: who the principal is, the asset class of the position among the seventeen accepted at this stage, the form and the location of the position, the basis of ownership, the portion proposed, known custody and known encumbrances, and the institutional purpose. No document is requested on this page or by email. No fee is charged at any stage. No valuation is asked and no threshold is stated.
What happens next
The path opens with the principal's institutional email address: an access link is sent to that address, and the attestations and the form open from the link. A submission is then screened automatically for completeness, consistency and eligibility, then reviewed by a person. A submission that is complete and eligible may be introduced to one member financial institution in the principal's region, which decides for itself whether to engage. A submission that is incomplete is returned with the missing items named. A submission that is not eligible is closed with a notice, and a submission may be closed without a reason being given. Every submission is screened against applicable sanctions, and a submission from a person or jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions does not proceed.
