This notice states what this site collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and the rights of the person who gave it.
The controller
The controller of the information this site collects is Pegisai USA, Inc., a corporation organized under the law of Wyoming, United States, acting through its division Pegisai Data Systems, reached as stated at Contact. Requests concerning personal information are made to inquiry@pegisai.global or through the channel for notice stated at Contact.
What is collected
On the consumer deployment notice form: the person's name, email address and region. On the qualification form, when it opens: the submitter's institutional email address and office, the principal's legal name and jurisdiction, the applicant's capacity, the asset class, the basis of ownership, the portion proposed, known custody, known encumbrances, the jurisdiction of the asset, the institutional purpose, and the consents given. Nothing is collected from a visitor who fills in neither form, beyond what Cookies states.
Purposes and legal basis
The consumer deployment notice form: to notify the person when consumer services open in the person's region, on the person's consent. The qualification form: preliminary qualification, automated screening, human review, and a possible controlled introduction to one member financial institution, on the person's consent and on the operator's legitimate interest in screening submissions and preventing fraud.
The messages this site sends
This site sends two kinds of message. The first confirms a form submission or states the result of screening, and is sent only to the address that made the submission. The second is the notice that consumer services have opened in a person's region, sent only to a person who asked for it, stating that fact and where the services are offered, and nothing else. This site sends no advertising and no other message.
Recipients
On an introduction, one member financial institution, through a controlled notification, and the ecosystem's authorized representatives. No other recipient. Information is not sold and is not shared for advertising. An introduction may carry information to a member financial institution in another jurisdiction, under safeguards equivalent to those stated here.
Where this site's responsibility ends
This site's processing ends at the form and the reply that answers it. When a submission is introduced to a member financial institution, that member becomes the controller of what it receives, under its own regulator and its own privacy notice, and every communication after the introduction comes from that member. The processing this site itself conducts is occasional, limited to the fields the forms state, and involves no special category of data.
What is never done with the information
Pegisai Data Systems does not sell, rent, license, trade or share collected information with any person. The information is collected for the member financial institutions' use only, and no affiliate, partner, advertiser or other party receives it. No profile is built from it and no marketing is sent on the strength of it. The processors that hold it, Cloudflare, Inc. for the site's hosting, forms and storage, act only on the operator's instruction and under contract. No transfer of the information occurs except to the one member financial institution to which a submission is introduced, and none occurs at all for an address left on the consumer deployment notice form, which is used only to send that notice.
Retention
An address left on the consumer deployment notice form is kept until the notice for that region is sent, and is deleted then or earlier on request. A pre-qualification submission that is closed, returned and not completed, or answered as a media inquiry is deleted ninety days after the last contact concerning it. A submission awaiting confirmation is deleted after 72 hours if the confirmation link is not opened. A submission introduced to a member financial institution is kept until the introduction is concluded and for ninety days after, and the member financial institution's own retention rules govern what that member holds. Records that the law of the operator's or a member's jurisdiction requires to be kept longer are kept for the period that law requires.
Automated screening
Automated controls assess a qualification submission for completeness, consistency, security and threshold eligibility. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect on a person is taken by automated means alone; a person reviews every submission before any introduction.
Security
Form submissions are held in a gated system and are not sent by email to reviewers or to member financial institutions. The public pages request no document of any kind, as Data collection states.
Rights and complaints
A person may access, correct, erase or restrict the information the person gave, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to the controller at inquiry@pegisai.global or through the channel for notice stated at Contact. A person in the United Kingdom, the European Union or any other jurisdiction with a data protection authority may complain to the authority of that person's own country.
