This site collects only what its two forms ask, and nothing from a visitor who fills in neither.
No accounts and no documents
The site keeps no account for any visitor. The public pages request no document of any kind: no passport, bank statement, title instrument, assay report, geological report, wallet information, banking credential or beneficial-ownership package. A request for any such document said to come from this site is not from this site; see the Warning on fraudulent schemes.
Where evidence is requested
Evidence of authority and of ownership is requested only inside the qualification process, after verification of the submitter, by the member financial institution to which a submission has been introduced, under that member's own procedures, and never by email from this site.
Who collects the information, why, and for whom
The information the two forms collect is collected by Pegisai Data Systems, a division of Pegisai USA, Inc., as the contractor of the member financial institutions of the Alkaimi Ecosystem™, for the members' use only: to screen a submission, and to pass a complete and eligible submission to the member financial institution in the client's region when the members determine it appropriate. Pegisai Data Systems does not sell, rent, license, trade or share the information with any person, uses it for no purpose of its own, and passes it to no party other than that one member financial institution. An address left on the consumer deployment notice form is used only to send that notice.
Where submissions go
Form submissions stay in the gated system. They are not emailed to reviewers or to member financial institutions. What is collected, why, who receives it and how long it is kept is stated at Privacy.
